Hubby and I are hoping to eventually do a Stahl and Sully cosplay, so if you do make it, we’d love to cosplay with you :D
AHH YES!! More FE Awakening cosplay is ALWAYS great! : DD
I’d love to join you guys and my friends probably will as well! They’re making Nowi and Say’ri. We might have a beast-form Yarne/Panne as well
What convention are you making these for?

I know something that’s supposed to work for fur is to brush on somewhat watered down acrylic and brush the fur as it’s drying so as to not ruin the texture of the fur…this might work for a wig? It would be faster than previously suggested method
hmm maybe? I could always do a test strand and see what it does
I’m kind of at a point where I keep telling myself that I’ve decided on Cynthia but I’m not completely set on it. I guess I’m kind of intimidated about making pegasus knight armor, considering how many other, really talented cosplayers are making the same armor :’D
So I’m having second thoughts but I also can’t really think of another character to consider. There are some second tier outfits I really like, but for now I’ll probably stick with a first tier design to stay consistent with my friends although that gives me less options to pick from.
So basically my answer is, probably Cynthia but I’m being difficult : 3

Ah geez DDD: I’m so sorry! Could you (instead of the sharpie method where you remove the ink cartridges) try and color it with a marker? Like, take off the cap and color it like you would if you were writing? I don’t know how that would look tho :’D
I could do it by hand with a sharpie but I have to color the base wig and the REALLY thick and long ponytail. I don’t even want to know how many hours that would take me because I’d have to make sure I color every strand :<
I just feel like this is so unfair. I’ve put so many hours into something that takes most people no time at all to do. It’s supposed to work. It does for everyone else :(

what color are you dying it from and to?
From Arda’s lavender to dark burgundy

Is there any chance you can order a new wig in the correct color or is there not time?
I’m completely broke and it doesn’t come in a color anywhere close to what I need :<
I’ve tried the sharpie method twice
I’ve tried the FW ink method twice
And fuck I even went out on a whim and bought this hair dye that used to stain everything I own after it kind of worked on a test patch
The sharpie and FW ink didn’t do shit to the color and the hair dye changed its color slightly but it’s still way too light, and somewhat blotchy
This was supposed to be a simple cosplay. Why have I put countless hours into this shit wig and used every method that is SUPPOSED to work but gained NOTHING out of it?
I’m pretty much completely out of money at this point and I’m going insane
